Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Customer Service Agreement") carefully before using the
website http://www.onboardyachtservices.com and the Service operated by Timón de Fortuna S.L. by
accessing or using the Service that accepts the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the
terms, then you will not be able to access the Service.
Service
The Service will be such as:

Cleaning services

Boat maintenance and repair service
-
Marine service, personnel on board and employers.

OnBoardYachtServices.com strives to provide the Service faithfully, diligently and in a timely and
professional manner.

Provide the necessary resources, by virtue of the service to be provided, to provide the Service.
Price
-
All estimates are given based on the service and descriptions provided by the client.

Any estimate is only an estimate based on the information offered by the client and may change once our staff
confirms the service and work to be performed.

We reserve the right to modify the estimate by verifying the reliability of the data provided by the client to
what the service to provide.

We also reserve the right to change the estimate if the conditions are different from those described or the
original requirements of the customer are altered or the boat is not in a reasonable state of cleanliness.

The client agrees to pay the parking expenses incurred to attend the cleaning place.

The quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quote. After the inspection of the boats we
reserve the right to modify the quotation.

The actual price to be paid by the Client is calculated on the total number of hours worked by our staff.
Access and Security
-
The client must provide access to the boat. If the client is not available at the agreed time, the client is
responsible for providing us access to the keys. Failure to provide access is subject to a cancellation /
postponement fee of € 200.00.

Running water and electricity must be available inside the boat where the cleaning service will be carried
out. Failure to provide these is subject to a non-refundable fee of € 200.00.

The customer is responsible for a safe working environment at the cleaners' facilities if the staff of
OnBoarYachtServices.com find any type of health and safety risk, they may leave or not provide the service.
Payment, late payment and reservation

The Client agrees to pay the quoted price and any other charges applicable to OnBoardYachtServices.com, in
full before cleaning or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing with
OnBoardYachtServices.com.

The Customer agrees to provide their valid credit card information at the time of booking, and authorizes
OnBoardYachtServices.com to debit any card with an amount equal to the cost of the service and / or
cancellation that may apply.

In case of non-payment of invoices, the Client agrees to indemnify OnBoardYachtServices.com for all legal
costs and any other expenses incurred by OnBoardYachtServices.com in connection with a claim, action or other
derivative of a breach of these terms, including non-compliance by the party. of the Client of an amount on
the due date.

OnBoardYachtServices.com reserves the right to refuse a service reservation without any reason.
Cancellations or reprogramming

A cancellation / re-scheduling fee of € 200.00 applies for any cancellation less than 48 hours notice.

Any refund will be made less the 10% of reservation which is a non-refundable charge.

Cancellations of reservations must be made 48 hours before the cleaning date to avoid cancellation charges.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment if the property conditions are not as described
in size, or if unexpected circumstances occur, such as the safety, health or welfare of our staff.

The date and the price of the service may be susceptible to be rescheduled in cases of unexpected
circumstances.
Claims

All services are considered to be proportionate to a standard that the client would expect unless the client
indicates otherwise within 72 hours of the service being carried out. All complaints will be investigated and
a resolution will be made to the satisfaction of the client or a standard that we consider reasonable.

All service complaints must be submitted in writing by email to: info@onboardyachtservices.com

The client must agree to allow a re-cleaning or inspection of any work that is considered unsatisfactory
before he or she organizes a third party to perform services.

We can request access to a property where a problem has occurred within 24 hours of the service to investigate
in an attempt to reach a resolution.

OnBoardYachtServices.com, has the corresponding insurance policies that guarantee quality and safety in the
provision of our services.

The Customer must inform OnBoardYachtServices.com of any incident in which an accident, breakage, damage to
property or theft has occurred due to any act of our staff within 72 hours of completing the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, the Client has no right to claim any loss for any incident if it is not
notified to OnBoardYachtServices.com within 72 hours after the end of the Service.
Additions and modifications

Any change made to the Service provided or to be provided must be agreed to by OnBoardYachtServices.com before
the Service Date in writing.

If the Customer requires additional services or variations at the time the Service is performed, the Customer
must first contact OnBoardYachtServices.com by telephone or email that may agree to provide the additional
services at its absolute discretion. Our staff is not authorized to accept any change in the Service and / or
the products that are provided or used.

If OnBoardYachtServices.com attends a job site with the provision that a job has been confirmed by a customer
and the services are no longer needed or are guaranteed, a cancellation / re-scheduling fee of € 200.00
applies.
Privacy Policy

The Client acknowledges that any information provided by the Client may be used by OnBoardYachtServices.com
for the purpose of providing the Service. OnBoardYachtServices.com is committed not to share any information
provided by the Client with third parties that are not directly involved in the provision of the Service
(unless required by law).

The Client agrees that OnBoardYachtServices.com communicates with them electronically and / or by other means
to provide the Service or for reasons related to the provision of the Service.

OnBoardYachtServices.com will take all reasonable precautions to protect the personal information provided by
the Client from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
